Conflict Management Skills Workshop
The Workshop runs over two days (Saturday and Sunday)
Conflict is tension: the dynamic interaction of different forces,
which shape and change each other. Out of this dynamic interaction
new life can grow, transforming the old. This is the possibility
conflict provides if worked with well. If not it often leads to
war.
Out of the polarity of opposites a third new element arises. It
is the third element in the management of conflict that makes the
difference.
“It isn’t enough to talk about
peace.
One must believe in it.
And it isn’t enough to believe in it.
One must work at it.”
Eleanor Roosevelt.
